Charge with attempted murder of Judith Schlottau out of jealousy, with suspended sentence. A violation in the state of drunkenness – 1955 – leads to several weeks of seclusion in the open penal institution of Glasmoor.

1954/55

Works on paintings and lithographies in Aschaffenburg.

1955

Marriage to Marie Knauer – 1956 birth of his daughter Katrin, called Lamme.

From 1956 on

Coloured  wood engravings, first shown in his own rooms in Warburgstrasse / Hamburg.

 

1957

Exhibition in Hannover in the gallery of Hans Brockstedt who moves 1959 to Hamburg.
