Unfortunately, barrier-free access to the Horst Janssen Museum is currently not possible. This is due to construction work on the new building for the neighbouring city museum. The new shared foyer is not yet ready for use. As a temporary measure, a side entrance has been installed at the northern end of the museum, but it can only be accessed via stairs.

Unfortunately, our lift is currently out of service due to damage.

A disabled toilet is available.

With the reopening of the city museum in spring 2026, the Horst Janssen Museum will once again be accessible with the new shared foyer.
